VesselHelm

VesselHelm is the glue between the services RoamGate Blue provides. It gives shore teams a consolidated view of vessel routers, firewalls, WAN links, switches, eSIM data, satellite links, crew WiFi, VoIP telephony, virtualized infrastructure, network security, support activity, service status, and AIS fleet visibility so the vessel connectivity stack can be managed as one operating layer. The free tier supports up to 5 vessels with terrestrial AIS visibility. Multi-WAN router/firewall management and WAN connection monitoring are available on all tiers when the vessel uses the RoamGate Blue Multi-WAN router/firewall hardware, and switch port management is available with compatible switches. Paid tiers can cover as many vessels as the client wants to pay for, with Crew WiFi and VoIP telephony included in all paid tiers, 5GB, 10GB, or unlimited global eSIM data included depending on tier, virtualized cluster management starting on the Fleet tier, satellite AIS included for vessels operating beyond coastal receiver coverage, and IDS/IPS available on the top VesselHelm tier when the vessel uses the RoamGate Blue Multi-WAN router/firewall solution.
